Refund Policy – Lumoria
At Lumoria, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, we offer the following conditions for refunds and returns:
1. Request Period
Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
2. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned with its original packaging and all accessories;
You must provide the order number and the reason for return.
3. Return Procedure
After contacting us, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs will be covered by Lumoria only in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.
In all other situations (such as change of mind or withdrawal), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Refund Processing Time
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
Credit card payments: the refund will be requested from your card issuer within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.
Bank transfer or other direct payments: the refund will be issued within 7 business days directly to the customer’s bank account.
5. Defective Products
If the product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us within the warranty period specified on the product page.
