1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times range from 5 to 12 business days across the United Kingdom. You’ll receive a tracking code within 3 business days after your order is confirmed, once the carrier releases it.
2. How can I track my order?
Track it directly on the Lumoria website in the Track Order section using your order number or the tracking code sent to your email.
3. Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Currently, we deliver only within the UK. However, we’ll soon be expanding to cover all of Europe.

Yes. You can exercise your right to cancel within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with UK law.
9. What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us immediately at support@lumoria.uk with photos of the issue. After review, you may request an exchange, refund, or store credit.

All products include a 6-month legal warranty against manufacturing defects under UK law. Some models may have extended warranty, indicated on the product page.
