Refund Policy – Lumoria

At Lumoria, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, we offer the following conditions for refunds and returns:

1. Request Period

  • Customers may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned with its original packaging and all accessories;

  • The request must be submitted via email (support@lumoria.uk);

  • You must provide the order number and the reason for return.

3. Return Procedure

  • After contacting us, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Lumoria only in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors.

  • In all other situations (such as change of mind or withdrawal), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refund Processing Time

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Credit card payments: the refund will be requested from your card issuer within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your statement.

  • Bank transfer or other direct payments: the refund will be issued within 7 business days directly to the customer’s bank account.

5. Defective Products

  • If the product presents a manufacturing defect, the customer must contact us within the warranty period specified on the product page.
